一、设备简介

真空滚揉机是在真空状态下,利用物理冲击的原理,让肉在滚筒内上下翻动,相互撞击、摔打,打到按摩、腌渍的作用,使肉均匀的吸收腌渍,提高肉的结着力及产品的弹性;本机具有肺呼吸功能,让产品在滚筒内做膨胀、缩小的往复运动,改善了肉组织的结构,提高了切面效果,增加了出品率。可以增强保水性,改善产品的内部结构。

全自动真空滚揉机除具有真空滚揉机的特点外,还具有变频技术功能。使机器使用更安全、更方便、更加节能高效。整机采用不锈钢制造,结构紧凑,滚筒两端均采用旋压式封帽结构,最大的增加滚筒内的摔打空间,使滚揉产品的效果均匀,噪音小,性能可靠,使用效率更高
