一、设备简介

物料经布料机铺布后，由传送带输送至干燥机顶部。系统首先去除物料表面的水分，随后通过多层传送带实现物料的自动翻转。这种设计确保物料各部位在运输过程中与热风充分接触，使水分得以充分汽化，从而实现高效干燥脱水。整套设备采用进口优质不锈钢材质制造，可根据客户需求定制不同规格型号。设备运行连续稳定，操作简便，既能节省人力成本，又具备大容量生产能力。

Equipment Introduction

The materials are arranged by a cloth machine and lifted to the top of the dryer through the conveyor belt. Most of the water droplets on the material are removed, and then transported back and forth by the multi-layer conveyor belt, so that the material is automatically flipped during the transportation process, so that the moisture in each part of the material can be fully in contact with the hot air and vaporized and evaporated, achieving the purpose of drying and removing water. This equipment is made of all imported high-quality stainless steel materials, and products of different specifications can be manufactured according to the output.  Continuous operation, easy operation, save manpower and large production.
