切片机适用于肉类、三明治、火腿、香肠、奶酪、鱼类等食材的切片作业，切片速度高达每分钟200次。配备专用切骨刀可轻松处理肋骨（不含腿部等硬骨），推杆自动复位设计节省时间，显著提升作业效率。刀片与驱动电机直接连接，确保电机100%的传动效率，从而大幅提高切割精度和分量控制。
